When deciding how many sets you need to order, ideally you need to count the number of households that you are sending invitations to and not the number of people being invited. It is recommended that you order at least 10 extra sets to keep on hand for last minute additions, and keepsakes.

It is recommended that you start the ordering process at least 4 to 6 months prior to the mailing date to make sure there is plenty of time and to keep the process as stress free as possible.

Digitally-printed invitation suites will typically arrive  within 14 business days following the approval of your suite. Letterpress and foil invitation suites require up to an additional 4-6 weeks of production time. We cannot rush this process due to the elaborate  nature of letterpress and foil printing.


Once your order is received, we will send you a digital preview of your suite and any additional pieces in your order within 14  business days to the email address provided in your order. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see your proof in your inbox.  You must respond to your proof within two (2) business days, or we will no longer be able to guarantee your production timeline.

The Carter Hospital Hanger


The Carter Hospital Hanger measures approximately 18 inches round. It includes tie-on stats piece, frosted greenery, and flowers.

We hand pick our wood to ensure that we are providing the best quality. Everything we make is hand lettered, handcrafted, hand cut and hand painted in our studio in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Each piece of wood is unique with its own characteristics like notches, splits, holes, knots and wood grains. No two pieces are identical and imperfections in the wood should be expected. 

Typically from start to finish my lead time is about 3 weeks! This is just an estimated time frame. Actual lead times will depend on the detail of your order. We do our best to complete orders within the time frame quoted. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please reach out to us first before placing your order. It’s very important to us that you receive your order in a timely manner. Thank you so much!

If you are local, we offer porch pickup from 10 am – 5pm Monday through Friday! The pickup location will be provided to you in your order receipt email!  We also ship anywhere in the United States using FedEx Ground Shipping and Tracking! If you need expedited shipping please select that option at the time of check out!
If you need your item quickly, a production rush fee of $10-$25 will be added to your order depending on the desired pickup time. Please contact us prior to placing your order to see if the turnaround time is something we can accommodate!
